Robert Archie Cooter

Bob A. Cooter, 85, passed away on October 4, 2024. Loving father of Michelle Jones and Scott Cooter, cherished grandfather of Dustin (Mandy) Ferguson, Parker (Elizabeth) Lukjanovs, Courtney Cooter, Gatlin Weimer, Brooke Weimer, Jason Cooter and Jessica (Ryan) Gibson, adored great grandfather of Luke, Eli, Graham, Jude, Nikolai, Juliette, Paisley, and Brentley. Bob is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Jennie Cooter and his siblings Hal, Jean, Paul and Jean.

Bob spent his career as a Lieutenant for the Dayton Fire Department and retired after 30 years of service. Bob loved to play shuffleboard. He won a gold medal in the Senior Olympics. He was a snowbird and enjoyed traveling to Florida in the winter. He also enjoyed playing cards with his friends and had a passion for college football...GO BUCKS!! 

Family will be holding a private celebration of his life.
