Age 66, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2007.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Olion & Kathleen (Dagley) Colston; and by one brother, Jimmy Colston.
Bob is survived by his wife of the past 46 years, Betty (West) Colston; three daughters, Breitta Harden, Brenda Colston and Belinda & her husband, Buddy Dennis; four grandchildren, Cory, Chelsea, Brandon and Brianna; brother, Johnny & his wife, Peggy Colston; six sisters, Joann Mathis, Nadine Taylor, Marilyn Darnell, Jane Talkington, Carleen & her husband, Mike Sullivan, and Wanda Colston; his in-laws, David & Teresa, Dan & Hotrod, Wanda & Roy, Iva & James, Pam & Jim; and by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins & extended family & friends that he adored.
Bob will be remembered by his family as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to all that knew him.
He retired from the Montgomery County North Incinerator in 1994 with 25 years of service.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, with Pastor James Cox officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
