Robert L. Anderson, Sr.

Robert L. Anderson, age 83 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born October 18, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Raymond and Edna Anderson.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Ellen Anderson and sister, Dorothy Hollingsworth.
Bob enjoyed metal detecting, fishing, hunting and camping.
Robert is survived by his sons, Robert L. (Jill) Anderson Jr. and Rick L. Anderson; daughter, Megan Gibson; sisters, Sharon (Bud) Edmondson and Shirley McGee; grandchildren, Joshua, Kara and Jessica and 7 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on March 6, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Visitation will be March 6, 2020 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm also at the funeral home.
