NORMAN, Robbie P., 85, of Vandalia, formerly of Monterey Tennessee, passed away Sunday morning December 20, 2009. She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence; father Robert T. Parker; mother Daisy Everest; sisters Millie Folino and Juanita Matheney; and brother Paul Parker. Robbie is survived by her sister Margaret Brown, brother George Parker; and numerous other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00AM Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton Xenia Rd. Family will receive friends from 9:00-10:00AM prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Byron Cemetery.
