Rita A. (nee: Hinders) Roach, age 101, of Kettering, OH was born on July 3, 1911 at Cranberry Prairie, OH.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Sarah (nee: Wourms) Hinders; husband, Joseph M. Roach; son, Dale J. Hinders; brothers, George Hinders and Herbert (Mary) Hinders; and sisters, Ruth (Rich) Klosterman, Florence (Ray) Edmonson, Helen (Paul) Lutz, Delores (Henry) Lins, and Menodora (Kenny) Newbauer.
She is survived by daughter, Carol (Douglas) Glant; son, Mike (Sherrie Reichard) Roche; grandchildren, Vicki (Randy) Shymansky, Kelly (Tom) Garvey, Doug Hinders, Mark Glant, and Nicholas (Nikki) Glant; great grandchildren, Joshua (Alethea) Horning, and Justin, Ryan, and Kasey Garvey, and Devin and Isabella Glant; great great-grandchildren, Joslyn and Kyla Horning; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Monday June 3, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
Mass of Christian Burial is Tuesday June 4, 2013 starting at 12pm at St. Albert the Great Catholic Parish, Kettering, OH.
Interment is in Calvary Cemetery.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
