Rissa Ruble Black, age 32 of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, October 27, 2017. She was born September 11, 1985 in West Palm Beach, Florida, the daughter of Earl Black Jr. and Marissa Samples.
She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Damon Black, Jr.; and uncle, Michael Samples.
Rissa is survived by her son, Mason Burgess; mother, Marissa Samples; fiance, Don DeBello; sister, Mandi Black (Robert Jones); niece, Zoey Parks; 1 niece on the way, Onnalisa Jones; and two beloved dogs, Gator and Eva.
Rissa graduated from George Washington High School in West Virginia. She continued her education at Sinclair Community College where she was a part of the Honor Society. She was also fluent in American Sign Language and she and her fiance were the owner/operators of a local masonry company. Rissa was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and fiance who was very generous and always put others before herself. She will be greatly missed.
