Riley George Stacel, age 6, of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, February 23, 2011.
He is survived by his loving parents Randy & Lori Stacel; little sister, Madison Stacel; nana, Vicki Philpot; pop pop, Radley Stacel; mimi, Susan Stacel; grandpa, Tim Klema; special aunts, Starr (Matt) Markworth, Samantha (Chris McHargue) Klema, Sharon (Curt) Reigelsperger; special uncles, Robby Stacel, Earl Philpot; cousins, Abigail & Andrew Markworth, Amelia Philpot, Alexa & Jake Reigelsperger; and many other relatives and friends.
Riley was preceded in death by his papa, Barry Philpot and grandma, Johanne Klema.
He was in first grade at Kitty Hawk Elementary School, in Mrs. Binn's classroom, where he made many friends. Riley Roo was a special little boy who touched many hearts.
The family would like to thank everyone for their love and support throughout Riley's difficult journey. The family would also like to thank their extended family at LexisNexis for their kindness and support.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 9-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am, with Brother Doug Surber officiating. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery.
