Rickie D. Collette, age 66, of Dayton, passed away December 4, 2020, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on December 15, 1953, the son of the late Burchell Collette, Jr. and Anna Howard.
He was preceded in death by his father and his beloved wife, Glenna Collette.
Rickie is survived by his children, Rickie (Stephanie) Collette and Shannon (Brian) Dillon; mother, Anna Howard; grandchildren, Miranda, Allison, Savannah, Alexander and Reese; siblings, Joan (Mike) Calder and Burchell Collette.
He retired from Chrysler/Behr after 30+ years of employment, where he held many positions over his years with the company. In his free time, he was a guitar picker and an avid car enthusiast. He loved to build anything mechanical. Rickie was always on the go, staying busy with projects and tinkering in his garage. He will be greatly missed by his family. Although Rickie will be missed, he has now been reunited with his wife.
