Rick Phillips, age 59 of Dayton, passed away May 26, 2013. He was born June 20, 1953 in Dayton to the late Bill and Jean Phillips. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara.
Rick is survived by his wife of 7 years, Bev Phillips; son: Kris (Missy) Phillips; daughter: Karrie (Chris) Phillips; step-sons: Brad (Tara) Hammel, Dale (Jessica) Hammel, Josh (Paige) Hammel and Dustin Hammel; 2 grandchildren; 15 step grandchildren; brothers: Terry (Susie) Phillips, Gary (Sharon) Phillips and Richard Phillips; many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rick's memory to either the American Cancer Society or to the VA Medical Center Hospice.
