Richard John Goebel, II went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2018.
Richard was born on November 8, 1957 the son of Richard John Goebel and Barbra (Countryman) Goebel.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard John Goebel, sister Helen (Goebel) Avalls and nephew Tommy Fry.
Richard is survived by his loving wife and soulmate of 32 years Lorraine (Elliott) Goebel, daughter Shonda and good friend and son-in-law Patrick Enright, granddaughters Brittney Mack and Angel (Bunny) Mack, awesome grandson Cameron Enright, great-granddaughter , his best buddy and pal, the light of his life Jordyn Sharp, mother Barbra Goebel, sisters Pamela (Timothy) Fry of Moraine, Kathy Farris of Kettering, Ohio, Nancy (Steve) Long of Arizona, numerous nieces and nephews, lifelong friend who he considered his brother Bill Ryan.
Richard was a very hard worker who devoted his whole life to his family. We never wanted for nothing.
A Celebration of Richard's life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. The service will be officiated by Richard's brother-in-law Timothy Fry.
Richard's family will greet friends from 2-3:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home.
