Richard Tudor

Richard F. Tudor, age 88 of Tipp City, passed away August 6, 2014. He was born November 7, 1925 in Dayton to the late Forrest and Rachel Tudor.

Dick is survived by his wife of 63 years, Patsy Tudor; daughter and son-in-law: Jerry Rae and Frank Smith; son and daughter-in-law: Scott and Joyce Tudor; grandsons: Corey (Jamie) Smith, Bryon Smith, Andrew Tudor and Eric Tudor; and great grandson, Gunnar Smith.

Dick was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, WWII. He worked for A.&P. Tea Company for 28 years and retired from O.G. Sandbo Company after 17 years of service. He loved spending his free time fishing.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Community Bible Church, 1427 W. Main Street, Tipp City, Ohio, where the family will visit with family and friends for two hours prior to the service, from 10 am - 12 noon. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Navy. Pastor Jeff Seekins officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dick's memory to the Hospice of Miami County. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road.
