Richard Allen Schweller

Richard Allen "Rick" Schweller, age 56 of Spring Valley, Ohio was welcomed into Heaven on January 29, 2020 from his home surrounded by his loving family.
Rick was born November 5, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Della (Romer) Schweller.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Dave Schweller.
He was a world class tool and die maker who enjoyed spending his free time on the farm.
Rick is survived by his wife of 36 years, Tammie (Miller) Schweller; son Justin (Rebecca) Schweller; daughter Jessica (Jason) Gumm; grandchildren Devin, Lilly, Ryan and baby Abigail (soon to arrive); brother Ron Schweller and sisters Linda (Matthew) Brock and Teresa (Jeff) Weis; as well as many other loving friends and family who were blessed to know Rick.
Friends and family will visit from 6-8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. A Celebration of Rick's Life will be held Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 11:00 am at the First Baptist Church of Kettering, 3939 Swigart Road Beavercreek, Ohio 45440.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
