Richard Schwartzwalder

SCHWARTZWALDER Richard J. of Centerville, Ohio, age 55, passed away peacefully after a long illness on Wednesday May 21. Richard retired from the U. S. Air Force in 1991 after 20 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, William D. and Marjorie J. Schwartzwalder. Rick is survived by his former wife, Sandy, and sons Matthew and Ryan; daughter Terry Orf (Ray); grandchildren Eric and Paige Orf. He is also survived by sisters Linda Pini (Phil) of Pickerington and Mary Jo Green (Ken) of Reynoldsburg; brothers Mike (Elaine) and William (Elise) both of Westerville, Dennis of Worthington, Randy of Reynoldsburg, Ronnie (Tami) of Logan and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio, on May 29, 2PM followed by procession to the Dayton National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association in the name of Richard.
