Richard Gordon Rowles, Jr., age 64 of Moraine, passed away Monday, November 9, 2020 at the VA Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was born February 29, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Richard and Helen (Harshbarger) Rowles.
Rich is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Louise.
Richard is survived by son, Michael (Nikki) Rowles; step-daughter, Tasha Short; father, Richard G. Rowles, Sr.; siblings, Tracy Rowles, Rebecca Rowles, Cindy (John) Goff and Sandy Rowles; grandchildren, Madison Rowles, Joseph Ehret, Dylan Hill, River and Bella Edmondson, Jozi, Corbin and Mason King; mother of Michael and Tasha, Brenda (Wayne Riley) Short; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Rich graduated from Valley View High School in 1974. After graduation, Rich proudly joined the US Navy where he dedicated four years of service. He was a highly skilled carpenter for over 30 years. Rich loved to fish and spending time with his loving family.
Services for Rich will be held at a later date.
