Richard C. Owens, Jr., age 66 of Riverside, passed away February 14, 2018. He was born March 16, 1951 in Dayton to the late Richard C. and Marion Owens, Sr.
Richard is survived by his wife of 48 years, Shirley Owens; children: Catina (Tim) Wood, Lisa (David) Bubeck, Samantha (Terry) Rudd and Richard C. Owens, III; 14 grandchildren; sisters: Rebecca Fleming, Frances (James) Dugas and Carolyn Owens; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-10:30 am on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 10:30 am. Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. To send a special message to the family, please click on Share Memories.
