Richard Neel

Richard "Rico" Neel, age 68, of Huber Heights, passed away October 16, 2022. He was born August 11, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio. Rico was preceded in death by his parents: Richard and Mary Ellen Neel and Meta Jean Price.

Rico is survived by his wife of 20 years, Michelle Neel; son, Richard E. Neel, Jr.; grandson, Braxton; sister, Vicki Fletcher (Steve); brother, Jeff Price; mother-in-law, Beverly Adams; brother-in-law, Bill Adams; sister-in-law, Cindy Adams; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rico retired from General Motors after many years of service. He was an avid sports fan, always cheering for the Cincinnati Bengals and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved playing pickleball. More than anything Rico loved spending time with his son, grandson and his beloved dogs.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm.
