He is preceded in death by his parents, John Mann and Rosemarie Mann-Schaefer and his sister, Linda Thaxton.
He is survived by his sisters, Phyllis (Gary) Harlow and Pamela (Baron Mann) Mann-Spencer and numerous friends.
Richard will be laid to rest at Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, OH.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
