A phoenix rose on August 13, 2015, his name was Richard Lamarr Palmer.

A son, a father, a brother and a friend too many; he left the ashes of the world to rise and fly like the beautiful creature he was on the inside.
Born December 27, 1966 to Alyce L. Underwood and Richard L. Bowser. He was later joined in life by his siblings Sonya G. Griffie and Allyn L. Palmer. His journey included fatherhood of two sons, Calenta C.T. Palmer and Preston L.L. Palmer. The family he left behind after his journey is Lorna Palmer(Grandmother), Magdeline Palmer(Aunt), Tony Palmer(cousin), Danesha Bullard(niece), Marcus Bullard(Nephew), Kevin Griffie(nephew), Ariana Palmer(niece), Aryese Jones(nephew), Eric Lewis(nephew), Jayden Palmer(nephew), Ashley Palmer(sister in-law),Carl Colter(cousin), Delvin Scott(cousin), , Aunt Shelly Bowser, Katie Carroll( mother to Preston), Betty McMahon(mother to Calenta) and many other friends and family. Preceding him in their journey was his Aunt Rita Bray, Uncle Carl Colter, Aunt Juanita Colter, Cousin Jessie Colter, Grandma and Grandpa Bowser along with many ancestors that awaited his arrival and greeted him with Love.

I call my brother a Phoenix because they are only born through trials and the ashes of a former life. Their true beauty does not reveal itself till after the first life has burned to ashes then, and only then, can they burst forth and raise; letting all see the beauty that was inside such a troubled world.
