Richard "Dick" Kizer, passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 in Dayton, Ohio. Richard was born on May 24, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio to Peter and Clara Kizer.
Richard is preceded in death by Brothers, Raymond and Robert Kizer.
He is survived by Wife of 64 years, Theresa M. Kizer; Children, Donna (Don) Jones, Rick (Marcia) Kizer, Julie Kizer, Jeanne (Troy) Turner; Grandchildren, Brian and Kevin Jones, Wesley, Joshua and Megan Moberly, Elaina and Elan Turner; Great Grandchildren, Jonathan, Brie, Ahna, Dominic, Oscar, Liam, Lily, Lana, Zoey, and Connor; Sister, Eloise Hilgeford; many other family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 10:30 am at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 6 S. Third St Miamisburg, OH 45342. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to in Richard's honor to American Diabetes Association.
