Hodson, Richard E., age 85, of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017. A farmer at heart, he worked for the DoD for seventeen years. Richard is survived by his wife of almost 65 years (June 28), Marjorie; children Vickie Nicholas (Greg); Stephen Hodson (Laura); Pamela Zambenini; Jennifer VanDerStok (Tony); grandchildren Jessica and Andrea Nicholas; Benjamin (McKenzie) Hodson; Allison Hodson Murcia (Leonardo); John (Minda) Zambenini; Audrey Zambenini Roe (Caleb). Richard was preceded in death by son-in-law John Zambenini.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillside Chapel, 3515 Shakertown Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430, where Richard was a congregant. No graveside services. Contributions may be made in Richard's name to Hospice of Dayton
