Richard "Flap" Metcalf, age 66 of Kettering, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Kettering Health Main Campus. He was born July 10, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Glen and Thelma Metcalf.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife, Lois "Tutty" Metcalf. He is also survived by many other loved ones. Richard enjoyed watching home improvement television shows and playing cards. The most important thing to him was spending time with his family. Richard is well loved and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Monday, June 5, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel. Funeral Service will be officiated at 11:00 am then Richard will be laid to rest at Woodland Cemetery (118 Woodland Ave, Dayton, OH 45409).
