Richard B. Engler, Jr., age 81 of Vandalia, passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 at his home. He was born July 25, 1939 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Martha and Richard B. Engler, Sr.
Richard is survived by his sister, Judith Fultz; nieces and nephew, Julie (Cheldon) Rose, Darrin Fultz and Heidi (Greg) Stepp; great nephews, Jordan (Gretchen) Rose, Evan Rose, Luke Stepp and Jarod Stepp.
