Isenbarger, Richard E. "Dick" age 60, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2007. Dick was a 1965 graduate of Fairmont East High School and a United States Army Veteran proudly serving during the Vietnam War. For the last twelve years, he was the Vice President of Union Savings Bank working in the Far Hills Ave. Branch. During his career he was the Dayton Mortage Bankers Association Sales Leader over ten times and volunteered much of his time to the Nicholas Center in Dayton. Dick was also an avid golfer and loved horse racing.
Dick is survived by his wife: Mary Jane Clark; sons and daughter-in-law: Jason (Sherry) Isenbarger of West Carrollton and Josh Isenbarger of Kettering; granddaughter: Caroline Isenbarger and another grandchild on the way; mother: Evelyn (McCoy) Isenbarger of Kettering; brothers and sisters-in-law: David (Helen) Isenbarger of Xenia, Mike (Karen) Isenbarger of Kettering; sisters and brothers-in-law: Nancy (Russ) Curtis of Xenia, Linda (Edward) Eck of West Alexandria; mother of his children: Ellen Isenbarger; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Raymond Isenbarger.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Thursday, December 13 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Davids Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until time of service. Dick was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandpa, and brother, who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
