Corwin, Richard A., age 61, of Kettering, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2008.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents: Harold E. & Helen E. Corwin; and his brother: Harold E. Corwin Jr. Dick is survived by his wife: Linda; his step children: Kimberly (Craig) Quaintance of CA and Bradley (Gina) Bell of TX; grandchildren: Caitlin Quaintance, Angela Bell and Scott Bell.
Dick was a 1964 graduate of Oakwood High School, and received degrees from Sinclair Community College and Wright State University. His love for music brought him to play with several bands, currently playing with the Kettering Civic Band.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering with Father Chris Wittman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:30 P.M. until time of services. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Amercian Cancer Society.
