Richard Chlebek

CHLEBEK, Richard E., age 74, of Dayton, passed away Mon., Oct. 3, 2005 at the Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, FL. He was the son of the late Roman J. & Irene Chlebek. Richard is survived by his wife of 48 years, Betty; 1 son Terry & wife Jackie of Orlando, FL; 1 daughter Teresa Manring & husband Bret of Johnstown, OH; 1 brother Robert Chlebek & wife Margie of Dayton and many beloved in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. He received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force after his service during the Korean War. Richard was employed by and retired from Elder Beerman and Emery Air Freight and worked part time at Harmon Cadillac. Funeral services 1 P.M., Tues., Oct. 11, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rev. Mary Jane Leech officiating. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions, if so desired, may be given to the Leukemia Society in Richard's memory.
