Age 57 passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014. He was born November 9, 1956 in Dayton, OH. He is preceded in death by his father, Vogal Carter and daughter, Michelle Carter. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Carter; children, Rebecca Carter and Richard Carter Jr.; mother, Ressie Carter; siblings, Morris (Gladys) Carter and Brenda (Robert) Durbin; four grandchildren; and numerous other dear family members and friends.
Rick enjoyed fishing, camping, golfing, and spending time with his family and friends.
The family will receive friends, Friday, June 27, 2014 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
