He is survived by sister, Patricia Ralph and fiancée, Artie Walsh; daughter, Margaret Moore and boyfriend, Jerome Robinson; son, Charles Ralph and fiancée, Beth Trent; 7 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents and 1 grandchild. He was retired Air Force Disaster Preparedness Specialist.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Richard's memory.
