Rich Bundy, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on February 17, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio. He was born September 25, 1962, in Tipp City, Ohio, and lived a life characterized by his dedication to both his profession and his family.

A skilled Journeyman toolmaker and a technical writer for the Department of Defense, Rich was known for his strong work ethic and technical expertise. His career showcased his commitment to excellence in every project he undertook.

Rich possessed a personality that was ornery but undeniably loveable. He brightened the lives of those around him with his unique sense of humor and warm spirit. He had a passion for life and enjoyed indulging in his hobbies, which included riding his motorcycle. A dedicated sports fan, he fiercely supported the Cincinnati Bengals and the Ohio State Buckeyes. In addition to his love for sports, Rich was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post #567 and the Moose Lodge, where he formed many cherished friendships.

Above all, Rich loved his family deeply. He is survived by his devoted wife, Pam Bundy; his son, Tyler (Bridget) Bundy; and his loving daughter-in-law, Katy Bundy. He was a proud grandfather to Cecilia, Elaina, Brock, and Brielle Bundy, who brought him great joy. He also leaves behind his mother, Betty Bundy; his sister, Doreen Bundy; and his niece, Tori Keuper. His beloved dog, Dixie, was a constant companion and source of comfort.

Rich was preceded in death by his father, Harry Bundy, and his son, Nicholas Bundy. While their absence will be felt profoundly, the memories they shared will forever remain in the hearts of those they left behind.

Rich Bundy's legacy of love, humor, and unwavering support for his family and community will continue to inspire all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date by the family.
