Ricardo F. Greaves II was born in Willingboro, New Jersey on March 20tH, 1984 to Richardo F. Greaves and Linda (LaMartz) Greaves. Ricardo was known to many of his family and friends as Rico or Ricky. He lived in Okinawa Japan and then moved to Ohio at the age of three.
He attended Mary Help of Christian Elementary School in Fairborn and Saint Peter's Catholic School in Huber Heights, Ohio. He continued his education at Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School for one year and transferred to Wayne High School where he graduated with honors. While at Wayne High School, he played on the varsity basketball team and earned an academic scholarship to Wright State University along with a USAA National award.
Ricky had a contagious smile and was always the life of the party. He always looked on the brighter side of life and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He never met a stranger, just a friend he had not spoken to yet. Ricky loved the outdoors and enjoyed taking his children camping. He had a passion for music and taught himself how to play the piano and guitar. Ricky loved the Lord and could quote many scriptures; One of his favorite scriptures was....Philippians 4:13
As a child he would accompany his Dad to help with his handyman projects and grew fond of building and repairing just about anything. His entrepreneurial spirit ultimately led him to start his own business call 2GenHandyman.
Ricky is preceded in death by his maternal Grand-Parents Arthur and Alma (Smith) LaMartz and Paternal Grand-Parents Harold and Eusina (Miller) Greaves. He is survived by his wife Elysia, his five children, Maliyah, Arianna, Ricardo III (Rico), Jaylynn, and Bria, his Parents Ricardo and Linda (LaMartz) Greaves, his Brothers Earl, Albert, Levon; And a host uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
