Rhonda J. Self, 44, of Riverside, passed away on December 18, 2014 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born on January 19, 1970 in Dayton, OH.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rebecca Spears.
Rhonda is survived by her loving Daughter, Kira Miller and Kira's Father, Jason Miller; Children, Kaleb Carlton, Kynadee Carlton and Boyfriend, Chad Carlton; Mother, Patricia Self; Father, Jewell Self Jr.; Sisters, Vickie & Michael McMahan, Carrie & David Owens; numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many good Friends.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 - 2 PM Friday, December 26, 2014, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, Ohio, where funeral services will begin at 2PM Friday.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to, youcaring.com a fund for Rhonda's Children.
