TURNER, Reva, age 82, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Dora Ingram; brothers, Wilford and Elaine and Charles and Adna Ingram; sisters, Lily and Hobert Morris, Virgie and Gerald Waskom, Elizabeth and Adrian Reed, and loving son, Walker Eversole. Reva is survived by her devoted husband of 58 years, Roy L. Turner; son, Douglas R., and Cindy Turner; daughter, Gaynell, and deceased husband Gerald Coon; sisters, Thelma and Grant Smith and Mary "Pearlie," and deceased husband, Hollace Tinch; grandchildren, Gina Hall, Wesley and James Turner, and Kacy; great grandchildren, Celestria Turner and Amber, and a host of nieces and nephews that she deeply cared for. She retired from the Inland Div. of G.M.C. A special thanks to Walnut Creek for all their kindness and friendship. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow at Miami Valley Memorial Gardens, off of St. Rt. 48, Centerville. Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 9, 2009 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
