Regina M. Couch, 58, of Dayton, passed away on March 24, 2015 at Grandview Hospital.
She was born on May 18, 1956 to Paul and Mildred (Ross) Everidge in Dayton, OH.
Regina worked as a Dispatcher for The Salvation Army for 30 years.
Regina is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Marvin; Son, Robert (Misti) Couch; grandchildren, Colton Couch, Carlie Couch, Haley Couch, Tyler Hooper, Daniel Mays; Great granddaughter, Makala Couch; brothers, Tom (Kathy) Everidge, Tim (Cyd) Everidge; nephews, Jamie Beaver, Jason Beaver, Eric Beaver, Dustin Everidge; and several special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Rhonda Beaver.
