Reggie Andrew Rodgers, age 40 of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. He was born December 5, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Clyde Rodgers and Sandra Weaver.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Lou Weaver; brother, Harry Smith.
Reggie is survived by his fiance, Amy Melton; two sons, Michael Rodgers, Kalep Rodgers; daughter, Kayle Quillen; grandchild, Daniel Quillen; two brothers, Jess Smith, Billy Rodgers; sister, Reva Moore; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Reggie was currently employed as a truck driver for Lewis & Michael Atlas Van Lines. He was a dedicated father, son, fiance and friend. His main goal and focus in life was dedicated to providing and supporting for his family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 10 am - 11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439. Funeral service will begin at 11 am with Rev. Reggie and Dana Cloud officiating. Burial will be in Bearcreek Hillgrove Cemetery.
