WALSH, Rebecca S. "Becky" age 62 of Kettering, passed away Sunday, May 21, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Margaret Carr, her daughter Susan Walsh and her sisters Charlotte Morrella and Mary Warner. She is survived by William "Bill", her loving husband of 42 years, her son Joseph Walsh; granddaughter Katie Marie VanAuken; brothers Gene and wife Nancy Carr of Kettering, Chuck and Ralph Carr; and a host of other relatives and friends. Rebecca retired as a School Bus Driver for the Kettering City Schools with 30 years of service. She was also an Avon representative for many years. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 598 in Kettering. She enjoyed volunteering and was active in the children's programs at the American Legion. She was a loving wife, mother and a best friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 pm Thursday, May 25, 2006 at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church 3033 Far Hills Ave. Family will receive friends 6-8 pm Wednesday at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd. Interment at Beavertown Cemetery.
