Rebecca Jenkins

Rebecca Louise "Becky" Jenkins, age 67 of Kettering, passed away Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Walnut Creek Assisted Living. She was born July 10, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Carvle and Charlotte (White) Blanton.

In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by her son, Asa B. Hudson and brothers, Rick Blanton, Dennis Blanton and Charles Blanton and a cousin, Marie Cunningham.

Rebecca is survived by her husband of 14 years, David T. Jenkins; her son, Mike (Tina) Blanton; step-daughter, Amanda Jenkins; grandchildren, Brittany (Gary Gross) Rickard, Brianna Blanton, Kerria Rickard, Jacob Hudson, Sam Hudson, Tristan Hudson, Lacey Jenkins and Cassidy Gornes; great granddaughter, Paisley Ann Marie; sister, Brenda (Wally) Dishman and her best friend, Kathy Gibson as well as nieces and nephews and other extended family. Becky loved her 2 dogs, Peanut Butter and Brutus and taking in live music. She would also spend a great deal of time with her family and was often misunderstood, but loved with her heart.

Services are private at the convenience of the family and Becky's wishes were honored by a private cremation.
