Rebecca Cox

COX, Rebecca "Becky", age 21, of Dayton passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 14, 2007. Born April 2, 1986. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Lin Adkins. Becky is survived by her parents John and Ruby Cox; brothers John M. and Stephen Cox; sister Tammy (Pete) Taguacta and Dianna (Matthew) Barnhill; grandparents Beatrice Cox and Phyllis Adkins; nephews Matthew Jr, Charles,and George Barnhill and Tristian Taguacta; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends. She was in ROTC at Belmont High School under Master Sgt. Oliver, Commander Cottrel and Petty Officer Carter. Becky attended church at The Salvation Army and volunteered at the Life Enrichment Center. She was a very energetic and caring person with an infectious smile who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A graveside service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W. Third St. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00PM Monday, October 22,2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or Life Enrichment Center.
