Rebecca Bayes

Rebecca Bayes, age 83, of Riverside, Ohio, passed away April 11, 2022. She was born in Flatwoods, Kentucky on September 2, 1938. Becky was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Brown; husband, William H. Bayes and daughter, Lori Bayes.

Becky is survived by her children: Deborah Ashley and Lisa Bayes; grandchildren: Misty Harris, William Anthony Gerlaugh, Zac (Stephanie) Ashley, Dustin Ashley, and Ashley Bayes; great-grandkids: Courtney Crain, Sean Crain, Damion Lowery and Maverick Ashley; and a host of relatives and friends.

Becky was a founding member of the Dayton Trans-Am Club, she was an avid bowler, pet lover, and volunteer; and loved to shop and travel. Most of all, Becky loved spending time with her grandchildren. She always had a smile on her face and was always lending a helping hand.

A visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 5-8pm at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, where the funeral will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday.
