Raymond Hawkins, Sr.

HAWKINS, Sr., Raymond "Sadie" Lee, age 67, of Fairborn, passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ethel Hawkins and daughters, Daphne E. and Sarah A. Hawkins.

Raymond is survived by his children, Travis (Heather) Snyder, Raymond "P John" Hawkins, Jr., Adam (Amy) Hawkins, Jacob Hawkins, and Patrick (Ashley) Hawkins; best friend and mother to Patrick and Jacob, Teresa S. Hawkins; siblings, Floyd "Skip" Hawkins III, Thomas (Penny) Hawkins, Kathy (Robert) Huffman, Pam (Andy) Williams, Randy (Cindy) Hawkins, and Roger Hawkins; 9 grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Raymond was a veteran of the Vietnam War, having served with the U. S. Army, and retired from General Motors (Kettering) after 22 years of service.

Family will receive friends from 4:30 - 5:30 pm on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, with memorial services following at 5:30 pm.
