Raymond Gay, age 86, of Riverside, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Village at the Greene in Beavercreek. He was born June 20, 1930 in Chavies, KY.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Lizzie Gay; wife, Marie (Adkins) Gay; daughters, Sandra Manker and Cathy Reeder; son-in-law, John Manker; step son-in-law, Squire Marcum Jr.; siblings, Daily Gay, Ray Gay, Lucy Campbell, Ethel Gay, Emma Gay, Edith Gay, Juanita Gay, Edna Woods (Leo), Ervin Gay, Ida Gay.
Raymond is survived by his son, Ronald (Deborah) Gay; daughters Patsy Marcum and Tina Pinney; grandchildren, Christa (Jonathan ) Charles and Randall (Florence) Gage, Jake Pinney, Amber Joyce, David (Elizabeth) Marcum; great-grandchildren, Josh Marcum, Shane Marcum, Travis Marcum, Angel, Zoe Reeder, Kayla Charles, Mia Charles and Olivia Gage. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the funeral service at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432, officiating will be Pastor Gary Thompson. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
