Raymond "Dale" Farmer, age 70, of Dayton (Tennessee), passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his wife & mother of his children, Eddie Farmer; parents; Roy & Juanita Farmer; brothers, Roy Gene Farmer and Philip Jackie Farmer.
Dale is survived by his daughters, Donna "Rae" Sheward and Teresa (Gary) Day; grandchildren, Angel Penrod and Heather (Jimmie) Norman; 3 great-grandchildren, Matt, Karissa and Madison Penrod; sisters; Delores Shearsmith, Brenda Brandenburg, Sharon (David) Russell and Anita Farmer; brother, Jerry (Deanie) Farmer; sister-in-laws; Miskel Farmer and Zookie Farmer; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 1-2PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will begin at 2PM. Burial will follow at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
Donations may be made in Dale's memory to Vitas Hospice (3055 Kettering Blvd Suite 320, Dayton, OH 45439).
