Raymond Jamar Danner was born December 19, 1990 and was adopted at the age of 2 by James and Delores Danner in Dayton, Ohio. He departed this life on Friday, April 28, 2023 at the young age of 32 years old.
Raymond, at the age of 5, followed in his brother's footsteps and developed a passion for football. On the field Raymond was fearless and very competitive and always gave 100% to the last play. Raymond was a leader on and off the field and was always developing football plays especially when playing street football. After the game was over he would leave the results of the game on the field because he was ready to eat. If Raymond wasn't scoring touchdowns on the field he was playing his guitar. Raymond was a passionate musician who always drew crowds at parties and brought people together with his love for music. His love for music was so strong that he taught himself how to play the guitar by ear and he had the voice of an angel. Whenever anyone walked into the house you would hear his sweet melodies throughout the home.
He also loved to cook and create various Japanese dishes, but didn't enjoy cleaning the dishes. Raymond had a profound love for Japanese culture. He loved the cuisine, history and animation(anime). He was an avid gamer who loved to play video games. He played with other gamers throughout the world and always played with his brother. His favorite game was "Street fighter", which always brought out his competitive side.
Raymond was always so compassionate, during his time here he adopted a dog from the local animal shelter. Raymond decided to call her "Loni ". Raymond chose Loni because she was the only dog not barking and she reminded him of himself, a quiet gentle soul. Raymond will be missed by Loni, his beloved pit bull terrier mix, who never left his side.
He had the biggest heart and touched many lives during his short time with us. He will forever be missed and never forgotten.
