June 17, 1946 — April 5, 2014
Raymond Bolden, age 67, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 5th, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother & 2 sisters.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Edna, his children, Vickie Howell of Columbus, Edith (Robert) Bunch of Englewood, Abbie (Eddy) Mays of MI, Raymond Turner of Trotwood, Dana Bolden & Derrick Bolden of Dayton, his 10 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, his siblings, Barbara Ann Huckabee of AL, Fannie (Willie) Coleman of AL, James (Ophelia) Bolden of Dayton, Jessie, Cornell, Frederick & John Braxton of AL & many nieces, nephews & friends.
He worked at GM for 28 years, and owned his tire business, R.B. Tire Service for 45 years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th, at Mt. Enon Missionary Baptist Church, 1501 W. 3rd St., from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a service immediately following at 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow at West Memory Gardens.
