Ray Gregg

GREGG, Ray, 59, of Beavercreek passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Born April 11, 1951, in Newark, Ohio to the late Raymond and Dorothy Gregg. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Susie Gregg; daughters Kate and Steph Gregg; beloved dog, Molly, and many treasured friends and family. He was a proud, distinguished graduate of Purdue University where he earned both his BSEE and MSEE. While at Purdue he served as president of Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society. Ray was currently Vice President at SAIC where he was employed for 30 years. He was a devoted husband and father, who loved to travel, and work on many home projects. As an ardent Boilermaker he took great pleasure in proclaiming their greatness in any endeavor. Ray and Susie have been dedicated to the Dayton Children's Hospital TWIG Organization for 30 years. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, August 23, 2010, at Woodland Mausoleum, 118 Woodland Ave, Dayton Ohio. Family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 PM Sunday, August 22, 2010, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton Xenia Rd. Contributions may be made to Dayton Children's TOT Fund, One Children's Plaza, Dayton OH 45404.
