Ray "Eddie" Harphant

Ray "Eddie" Harphant, age 69, passed away on May 12, 2015 in Cedarville, Ohio. He was born to the late Charles and Doris Harphant on July 25, 1945 in Springfield, Ohio. Eddie enjoyed going fishing, hunting, and trapping. He retired from Antioch University after 46 years. Eddie is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Sue Harphant; four children Keith (Sheri) Harphant of Yellow Springs, Kim Mills of Xenia, Todd (Ruthe) Harphant of Nevada, Troy (Wendy) Harphant of Mason; step-daughter Melanie (Charles) Lynch of New Carlisle; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and sister Charlotte Reisinger of Springfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and step-son Shawn Hamby. Visitation will be at Cedarville United Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 11am-1pm with a funeral service to follow at church at 1pm.
