Ray E. Linebaugh

LINEBAUGH, Ray E., age 82, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2009 at Hospice of Dayton. He is survived by his wife of 61 ½ years, Gloria; daughter, Rebecca, and husband, Richard Sellman; son, Ted, and wife, Karen Linebaugh; 5 grandsons; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Alice, and husband, Calvin Black, and special friend of 72 years, Bud Filer. He served with the 3rd Army during WWII. He was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, life member of VFW #9927, member of the American Legion #598, and a 50 year member of Masonic Lodge #729. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 23, 2009 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 901 E. Stroop Rd., Kettering, OH 45429. Rev. Thomas Prochaska officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Entombment will be at David's Cemetery Mausoleum, Kettering, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, at the above address. Special thanks to the VA and doctors and nurses at Hospice of Dayton.
