Raul Inesta

September 24, 1938 — January 29, 2023

On Sunday, January 29, Raul Inesta Jr., a beloved husband & father of two sons,
passed away. He was eighty-four. Born to Argentina and Raul Inesta Sr. on September
24th, 1938.

As a young man, he loved being outdoors in his hometown of Mayaguez,
Puerto Rico. Raul was very active in The Boy Scouts of America achieving Eagle Scout
and receiving the Order of the Arrow Award. Graduating from the University of Puerto
Rico in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, he moved to Chicago, IL.,
shortly after where he met and fell in love with his soon to be wife Carole. They were
together for nearly fifty-eight years.

Raul spent the most of his professional career working at WPAFB for over 30 years. He
then consulted with Woolpert and Intergraph Companies before retiring full time at the
age of 62.

Raul enjoyed spending time in Siesta Key, FL. along with his family. One of Raul's
fondest memories was when he and Carole were able to travel to Puerto Rico with their
3 grandchildren in 2015 to visit family and learn more about where "Papa" lived and
grew up.

He is survived by his wife Carole and two children, Ricardo and Eduardo. He is also
survived by his sister Estelita and brother Eduardo. Along with three grandchildren, Raul
Martinez, Jacob and Nicole. Raul was predeceased by his parents Argentina and Raul.

A private ceremony will be held with family on Friday, February 3rd followed by a
gathering of friends who wish to pay their respects to Raul and raise a glass to
celebrate his life at 4:30pm at Elsa's Boro Cantina located on SR741 in Springboro, OH.
