Randell Oscar Cox

Cox, Randell Oscar, age 83, of Miami Township, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. Randell retired from NCR with 28 years of service and was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving during WWII. He was an avid golfer at NCR Country Club. Randell is survived by his nieces: Janie Stepp, Joan (Jack) Dean, Connie Sharpe & Crystal Marsh; his long time companion: Billie Matthews; his special friend: Kermit Dilworth; and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Oscar & Molly (Turner) Cox and his sister: Imogene Cox-Sharpe. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, January 23, 2012 at David's Cemetery in Kettering. The family will receive friends on Monday morning from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering.
