Randel Joe Howard, Sr., age 60 of Vandalia, passed away June 8, 2017. He was born July 26, 1956 in Jamestown, TN to the late Millard and Opal Howard. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Howard; and sister, Donna Daniels.
Randy is survived by his children: Randel Howard, Jr., Matthew Howard and Melisa Howard; 7 grandchildren; brothers: Mark Howard, Jerry Callihan and Bruce Howard; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
