Randall L. Collins, "Randy", 55, of Middletown, passed away June 25, 2020.

He was born September 4, 1964 in Dayton, Ohio to Diana and Gene Collins. Randy was a 1983 graduate of Valley View High School and went on to serve our country in the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Collins and his step-father, Bill Russell. Randy is survived by his wife, Tamela (Blackburn) Collins; his mother, Diana Russell; daughter, Brianna Collins; granddaughter, Prudence Collins; 2 brothers, David (Jessica) Collins, Scott (Qion) Collins; 1 sister, Tiffany (Brian) Moore; step-daughter, Kayla (Alex) Williams and their daughter, Raygan, step-son, Ryan McElfresh, and many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Randy loved spending time with family and was an avid sports fan. Randy enjoyed playing tennis and basketball with his brothers. He had a tender heart for all animals and nature. Randy loved our country and was proud that he was able to serve in the Army.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First National Bank of Germantown for Randall Collins to help with final expenses.

Graveside service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, July 17, 2020 at Dayton National Cemetery 4400 West Third Street Dayton, Ohio.
