Ralph E. Gilbert

Ralph E. Gilbert, age 56, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at his home in New Carlisle, OH. Born in Dayton, OH on August 27, 1962 and the middle of three children, Ralph was an avid fan of sports with a great love for baseball and basketball.
He is preceded in death by his father, Steve Gilbert.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Jeffrey (Jessy) Hicks, Chelsea (Robert) Remmy and Cody Gilbert; and grandchildren, Lucas, Payton, Liam and Reagan. He is also survived by his mother, Lois Gilbert and two brothers, Carl Gilbert and Richard (Cindy) Gilbert; nieces, Stephanie Gilbert, Kayla Gilbert; nephews, Bradley Gilbert, Stevie Gilbert; as well as many in-laws, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 from 2 pm to 4 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424).
Ralph will forever be in our hearts, missed and never forgotten.
